Xavi update - 15 months
Here he is. He is healthy and happy, and is starting to get a little playfully naughty. He weighs 9.8 kg, loves walking on inclines and up and down stairs, and climbing at the playground. Talking a lot more - vocabulary is about 15 words - new ones are car, bus, bird, upstairs, mumma, dadda, keys, teeth, teddy, twelve, night-night. Enjoys going to music class on Wednesdays and he will start a gym class next week. Also loves a croissant in the mornings at Oslo coffee shop. He also has a large fruit smoothie every afternoon when he wakes up from his mid day nap. he sleeps through from 8 until 7 although he might wake briefly once during the night.

Emily in NYC
It has been great having Emily stay for the past 10 days. The oldest and youngest cousins have gotten on very well. She had great weather, fine, sunny and low 20's every day (until the day of departure) and has done all the things one can do here that are legal. We enjoyed taking her for a coffee at 'Oslo', to the High Line, Central Park and to Williamsburg on the East River Ferry.

Footy fever
great to see the Bunnies back in the playoffs.
Footy season has started over here again as well, and one of the likely highlights of the College football season occurred on Saturday in the first game back of our favorite college team, Ohio State. Enjoy the video, and go the Rabbitohs!!!!

Greetings from Atlantic City, NJ
Hi from Atlantic City. We came down here for a couple of nights before the Labor Day long weekend. It is about 125 miles (200 km) down the Jersey Shore, but takes about 3 hrs each way. It has lots of run down casinos and is very tacky but we stayed at the brand new $2.6BN Revel Casino (top pic), which only opened in April - and is going broke. It has a great indoor/outdoor pool that Xavi loved. The weather was great (hot & sunny 30-plus every day). We also went for a drive down the coast towards Cape May. Definitely not a patch on the NSW coast, but did have a summer holidays feel.
