  1. just to add, I've never worn so many clothes to go for a run. winter running gear, one wool jumper, one wind proof gortex coat, two beanies, scarf and gloves! My upper body was warm but my legs were stinging with the cold. We think it is not worth running when it is below -10. Had breakfast and listened to Alan Saunders program "By Design" online, as was our habit at home on Saturday mornings. It is a great program if you don't know it (monica).

  2. Just lost what I said as it says it's Jenny. But this is Stevo. So what I remember saying was I'm not used to this palava but I must say I do like the typeface and the layout, and especially the name. There was an article about AC in Saturday's Herald. And now to the weather: that stuff you were experiencing yesterday was the same as we had skiing. Except I don't imagine you'd be too comfortable running in a ski parka and snow pants. And now the Alzheimers is kicking in cause I can't remember what came next. Oh yeah, it was just to say we arrived home safely. Now Sunday 5pm. Felt a bit jetlagged last night. Work tomorrow. Yuk. Will have to get Skype. Will get IT guru Jenny onto it. Now let's see if we can send this without losing it.

  3. love the blog ... guess that means I'll have to figure out how to become a "follower", but not tonight, watching the tennis, fingers crossed that Sam Stosur won't get knocked out like all the other aussies - and its only day 1. Hopeless. Must agree with Stephen, love the typeface and the layout and the reference to AC, what a guy!

  4. actually, ROHAN here on Lucy's computer. We better sort out our follower status/thingy quick smart, but yes, another time. Guess we better find a pic of ourselves etc. 'Revolutionary Road' I was looking forward to...but not any more. Thanks for the tip. Best we could muster over summer was seeing Madagascar 2 with Marie and the boys. Didn't quite grab me, but the boys loved it. Stosur got through 1st round Lucy wants me to let you know. It'll be late nights for the next week, with Lucy wondering why she stayed up so late...only to repeat it the following night of course.

  5. Thanks for posting. Rohan, re: Revolutionary Road. Great acting and set (1950's), but the story sucks: who likes watching a movie about mental illness and domestic violence? Yes Man (Jim Carrey) was good. Do you recommend Madagascar 2? We have been getting DVD's delivered at home from Blockbuster (came as part of our internet package from Time Warner) but have signed up to Netflix.com now: they have a much better range of films PG
